IS THERE A BAR AT THE VENUE?

Hangar 1819 has a full bar with many different types of options ranging from domestic, imported and craft beers, to a wide range of spirits. There will also be a couple of Non-Alcoholic options such as Athletic Brewing, Liquid Death flavors, sodas & more. Please note, Hangar 1819 is a cashless venue. All bar tabs are done through ROOAM. There will be QR codes placed around the bar to scan and get you going.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

UPDATE: 3 day passes are SOLD OUT. - All tickets must be purchased online and can be purchased using a kiosk at the door. It is the same as buying online in advance. We suggest pre-purchasing a ticket to speed up your entry into the event. There are no fees either way! First In Flight Fest will have limited capacity and we strongly suggest buying your ticket as soon as possible.

Are kids allowed at first in flight fest?

Absolutely. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. There will be a $5 under 21 surcharge, payable at the door kiosk by using a debit/credit card. Due to capacity, everyone must have a ticket and this includes children. We want everyone to have fun, but it counts towards the capacity (yes, even if they are on your shoulders the entire time).

WHERE DO WE PARK?

UPDATE: Parking passes for Thursday are SOLD OUT. (if you do not have a pass for Thursday, you can find street parking around Spring Garden or we suggest using ride share such as Lyft or Uber.

Hangar 1819 now offers pre-paid parking at all events in the upper parking lot. You can select this option when you are purchasing your event tickets. There will be attendants monitoring the parking lot throughout the weekend. For anyone who wishes to not pre-purchase a parking pass, you may find parking on the streets nearby. We also suggest using ride share such as Lyft or Uber when convenient!

Is there re-entry?

This is a no re-entry event. It is for everyone’s safety. Everyone will be searched upon entering to insure that we have done our best to protect all attending.

Are bags allowed?

All bags must be clear and no larger than 6”x9”. Backpacks will not be allowed. All bags will be searched upon entering and this includes pockets, cigarette boxes and clutches. Drugs and paraphernalia will not be allowed on the premises. Any items that are questionable or against the policy (weapons, drugs, chains, knives, etc) will be taken or you won’t be allowed to enter until it’s no longer in your possession.
